What we offer
James Yeates publishes three weekly newspapers – the Bairnsdale Advertiser, Lakes Post and Snowy River Mail – which provide East Gippsland residents with their weekly news fix.
From breaking news and human interest pieces to sporting results and special events for many years, weekly newspapers are at the forefront of the James Yeates brand.
In the case of the Advertiser, has been put in the hands of readers since 1877.
All three newspapers help cover news in the vast expanses of East Gippsland, from Stratford to Mallacoota and into the High Country.
Alongside its flagship publications, James Yeates also publishes a monthly East Gippsland News Now magazine, which encompasses the numerous events and activities happening across the region, as well as extremely popular quarterly special publications, Great Alpine Visitor Guide, Lakes Coast Visitor Guide and a Sapphire Coast feature. These publications focus, as the names suggest, on guiding visitors through our wonderful region.
